Zachary Davis, Chair
Zachary Davis is a Senior at Canyon High School. He joined VIP in the second semester of his Freshman year, served as Treasurer in his Sophomore year, and as Co-Chair in his Junior year. If not at VIP, Zach can be found volunteering at the local community theatre, the Canyon Theatre Guild, in a number of capacities.

Sean Herron, Co-Chair
Sean Herron has been a part of VIP for three years.  He has served as Liaison, Chair, and now Co-Chair. He represented VIP on the Commission to select a new Councilmember for the City of Santa Clarita, worked on the Youth Grove grand opening, and has made a number of presentations to the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Commission. He is currently a Senior at West Ranch High School.

Sophie Johnson, Liaison
Sophie Johnson is a Senior at West Ranch High School.  She has been a member of VIP for over one year.  Last year, she served in the position of Secretary. When Sophie is not actively involved with her school and her community, she enjoys dancing at Dance Studio 84, participating in ASB and West Ranch Television, and planning recycling projects.  Sophie has been inspired by VIP’s active voice in the community, and hopes to expand VIP’s membership to share the amazing opportunities she has had with other students in Santa Clarita.

Kelsey Muir, Treasurer
Kelsey Muir is a Junior at West Ranch High School.  She has been a part of VIP for three years, going on her fourth year. She has been involved in the YIG program during the summer for the past three years. She loves the City and is excited to work as a Board Member. 

Anish Sawant, Secretary
Anish Sawant is a Junior at West Ranch High School. He heard of VIP through his participation in the Youth in Government Summer Internship Program. Since then, he has been an active member of VIP. He enjoys architecture and astronomy when he is not involved with VIP.
