Tricia Ngoon, Chair
I am going to be a Senior at Hart High School and have been in VIP for one year. Through VIP, I have become an involved leader in the community and met many new friends. I am also representing the City as Miss Teen Stevenson Ranch 1st Princess 2009. I will soon be obtaining my Associate's Degree from College of the Canyons. In my free time, I like to do karate, ice skate, play music, and be with my friends. I am excited for the new VIP year.

Kedar Gulvady, Co-Chair
I am a Senior at Saugus High School. I have been with VIP for one year. I was impelled to join VIP by my deep interest in culture, government, and politics, a conception of working with enlightened individuals to fulfill a vision of the Santa Clarita Valley, and by a flyer on a telephone pole. For leisure, I enjoy running, playing sports, networking, socializing, and reading books that imbue in me a lesson, leave a deep impact on me, or teach me of the world in which I live. I seek to serve as the Co-Chair to the best of my ability, and to be all that I can be.

David Nemeschansky, Liaison
I am currently a Junior at West Ranch High School. I have been a member of VIP since my Freshmen year. I am an avid golfer, and a member of the West Ranch Golf Team. When not golfing or involved in VIP, I enjoy debating in the Tri Valley Forensics League. I hope to attend Princeton University, and major in Economics.

Madison Paglia, Secretary
I am a Junior at Hart High School. I am 16 years old, and just got my license this year. I joined VIP last summer and have had a lot of fun doing it, plus, it has allowed me to become an active community volunteer. I have helped the senior community by volunteering at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, at the Day for Kids event, and Earth Day, to name a few. I do a lot of art and take art classes. I love to paint the most. I also do a lot of photography, and have managed to set up my own dark room.

Amy Fugimoto, Sergent at Arms
I am a Senior at Hart High School. I am going into my second year of VIP. I have participated in Youth in Government. I am excited to be this year’s new Sergeant at Arms, and cannot wait to meet all the new members.
