Teen Speak Out:
Thank you to all who made the 2007 Teen Speak Out a success. Our theme of "Teaching Youth to be Catalysts for Positive Social Change" was truly reflected by the 9 local high schools that attended. Many important local issues were addressed. Please continue to visit this website for updates on the issues that were raised by this important event.
VIP/Youth in Government Summer Internship Program:
The VIP/Youth in Government Summer Internship Program is an extension of the year-round VIP curriculum, focused on teaching high-school aged students about how local government works. There are two components to the program: 3-week summer internships at City Hall and a workshop-style educational program.
